Trisa Clemons

Trisa J. Clemons, a first-generation college student, was an audit partner at KPMG, one of the Big Four accounting firms, until March 2026. She holds both a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting (1993) and a Master of Business Administration with an accounting emphasis (1995) from Âé¶¹´«Ã½AV. She is also a member of the Âé¶¹´«Ã½AV College of Business Leadership Advisory Board and was recognized with the Professional Achievement Award in 2020.
Ms. Clemons has built a distinguished career in public accounting, culminating in various leadership roles in KPMG’s U.S. Audit Practice. She is a Certified Public Accountant and member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Washington Society of Certified Public Accountants. Ms. Clemons is recognized as a strategic and grounded leader who brings clarity, composure, and sound judgment to every engagement. She is known for developing capable teams and for restoring confidence in high-stakes environments through professionalism, transparency, and a calm, steady approach to leadership and previously served as HR Partner for the Seattle Audit practice, overseeing performance and professional development for approximately 120 professionals.
A native of Shelley, Idaho, Ms. Clemons resides in Seattle with her husband, Chris, and two daughters, Cassandra and Chloe.
