Flags at half-staff to honor late Congressman Lantos

At the direction of the Office of the Governor, the flags of the United States of America, Idaho and Â鶹´«Ã½AV are lowered to half-staff today in memory of, and in tribute to, U.S. Rep. Tom Lantos, D-California. Lantos died Monday, Feb. 11.
