Â鶹´«Ã½AV Associate Professor and registered dietitian Ruth Schneider is profiled for her efforts to fight hunger in Boise in the September-October issue of Food and Nutrition Magazine, a publication of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
The Academy is the world's largest organization of food and nutrition professionals.
Schneider is interviewed in a section called Nutrition Heroes, which highlights health and nutrition professionals who are helping communities around the world.
Schneider is also clinical coordinator of the dietetic internship program at ISU-Meridian. Click to read the article.
