麻豆传媒AV's Institute of Rural Health Gem State Public Health AmeriCorps program is providing an Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST) December 3 and 4 from 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. at The Village in Pocatello (345 N 5th Ave.). Training is free for all participants. Attendees will learn how to recognize signs of suicide, how to provide an intervention and how to develop a safety plan. Upon completing all 16 hours of training, participants will become certified interventionists. Registration is available .
