POCATELLO — Âé¶¹´«Ã½AV mechanical engineering and physical therapy faculty and graduate students have teamed up to create a virtual reality system that will potentially assist with arm rehabilitation for people who have suffered from strokes.

Âé¶¹´«Ã½AV to receive $220,000 Energy Incentive Rebate from Idaho Power

POCATELLO – Idaho Power will honor Âé¶¹´«Ã½AV’s Holt Arena on Monday, Nov. 20, for a major lighting upgrade that resulted in substantial energy savings. On Monday at 3 p.m., leadership from Idaho Power will visit Holt Arena and present ISU with an incentive check for $219,118, an amount that is $36,000 more than initial estimates.

Âé¶¹´«Ã½AV announces receipt of $1.3 million Upward Bound Grant to help veterans pursue higher education

POCATELLO – Âé¶¹´«Ã½AV announced the receipt of a $1.3 million TRIO Veterans Upward Bound grant for a pre-college program to help veterans pursue higher education, at an event honoring veterans at ISU Monday, Nov. 13.

ISU Professor Elizabeth Brunner receives grant from Idaho Humanities Council to travel to China for conduct research

POCATELLO – Elizabeth Brunner, a professor in the Âé¶¹´«Ã½AV Department of Communication, Media and Persuasion, recently received a $3,500 grant from the Idaho Humanities Council to fund her travel to China to conduct research for her next book.
